These sessions start where you actually are: the cheating, the workload, the question of what your students are graduating into, and the tools already running on the district network. We name the hard parts before we get anywhere near the hopeful ones.

Who runs this
Tobias Edwards lives in Central Florida with his wife, Tassia. They are expecting their first child in December 2026. Sightline AI Project began while they were talking about the world their child would be raised in. What will education look like over the next decade? What tools, outside the home, will that child be exposed to, and for what purpose? Technology is moving at an exponential pace, so they decided to act instead of observe.
Tobias brings more than 15 years of private-enterprise experience building and deploying technology with large teams. He owns and operates his own software firm, Calyber, Inc., where he helps businesses onboard and deploy AI. Working in the AI industry before ChatGPT entered common parlance has revealed how wide the gap is between where the technology has progressed and how well most people understand it.
They built Sightline with a singular purpose: to help build a community where people aren't scared of technology, but feel empowered to own it, manage it, and wield it for the common good.
How we work
